LG Japan unveiled the full specifications and suggested retail prices of its new UltraGear monitors – the 32GX870B‑B and 45GX950B‑B – both featuring built‑in artificial intelligence.

The 32GX870B‑B is a 31.5‑inch model equipped with a 4th‑generation Primary RGB Tandem panel. It offers a 3840 × 2160 resolution at 240 Hz, which can switch to a 480 Hz mode with a reduced 1920 × 1080 resolution. Peak brightness reaches 1500 nits, DCI‑P3 coverage is 99.5 %, and the response time is 0.03 ms GtG. It also supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500.

The 45GX950B‑B sports a 44.5‑inch MLA OLED panel with a 5120 × 2160 resolution at 165 Hz and an 800R curvature. A second mode provides 2560 × 1080 resolution at 330 Hz. It delivers 98.5 % DCI‑P3 coverage, 0.03 ms GtG response time, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.

Both monitors incorporate AI that upsamples content to native resolution, optimises colour settings based on the displayed media, and enhances audio without impacting performance. They support Adaptive‑Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G‑SYNC Compatible, and connect via HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1. The 32GX870B‑B uses UHBR20, while the 45GX950B‑B uses UHBR13.5.

LG UltraGear 32GX870B‑B and 45GX950B‑B will be released in stores on 11 June, priced at 169 800 ¥ and 259 800 ¥ respectively – roughly $1 080 and $1 650.
